What is a Company Retreat
We created a format that will engage your team for a few days in a far-from-ordinary adventure. With the idea of making work a fun activity, the Company Retreat is a mix of professional development, personal growth, team building, fitness, relax and entertainment condensed into a single adventure.
The Company Retreat is the ideal solution for remote teams with the eagerness of getting together in a physical setting. It has been created for companies willing to establish a culture of care merit, learning, and fun for their employees, as well as for organisations seeking for relax or adventure far from the (virtual) office.

Our retreat packages begin at an accessible rate of €275 – €350 per person per night, offering full board accommodations in comfortable twin shared rooms. However, it’s important to note that this is the starting price, and costs may vary based on several factors:

How many hours can I work?
You ARE on an Escape while staying at amazing places with amazing people and we want you to experience it to the fullest! You can work more hours of course, but we would highly recommend enjoying the retreat to the fullest.
We always listen to everyone’s preferences and work schedule, while trying to make it work the best as possible.
What is included?

What is not included?
How does the payment work?
If you choose Split Pay, you will pay 50% at booking time, and the remaining 50% exactly 30 days after the first payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
If the participant cancels their booking 45 days or more prior to the start of the program, 50% of the full ticket price will be refunded; the other 50% will be forfeited to cover the booking for the accommodation and the administration costs.
If the participant cancels their booking within 45 days prior to the start of the program, all payments are non-refundable.
Can I use more than 1 discount?
What is the difference between the Level up Club Business Retreat and Nomad Island Fest?
Nomad Island Fest is a bit bigger, with about 100 people. We have top-class speakers and different workshops than in the Level Up Club Business Retreat. The retreat is great if you want to go more into depth and have more personal connection with the others. The fest is great if you want to join talks of experts and simply wish to meet more people. 8:15 – 9:00 AM: Morning workout / Yoga / Confidence Bootcamps
9:00 – 10:15 AM: Time for shower, breakfast, and getting done some work/emails if you have to
10:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Business brainstorming & workshops
12:30 – 4:00 PM: Free time: Relax, lunch, work or do whatever your heart desires

Initial Inquiry
- Form Submission: Your journey with The Nomad Escape begins by filling out a detailed form. This allows us to understand your specific needs, preferences, and goals for the retreat.
- 15 minute call
Tailored Proposal Creation - Max 10 Days
- Basic Calculation Based on Package Choice: Within 10 working days of receiving your form, we send a proposal that includes a basic cost calculation based on the retreat package you select. Please keep in mind pricing may vary or increase due to the location, type of venue and season.
- Customization Options: Each package comes with add-on options for further customization, such as:
- Choice of specific workshop topics.
- Leisure and team-building activities.
- Catering options to suit dietary preferences.
- Additional days or side trips for a more extended experience.
Approval
after approval and first downpayment of 30% we start onboarding you.
Onboarding: 30 Days
- Onboarding and Venue Sourcing: After your approval of the proposal, we begin the onboarding process, which includes sourcing potential venues and understanding your teams unique challenges, personas, culture, history and dynamics.
- Proposal of venues and program : We will present you with a choice of three venues, tailored to your retreat’s requirements and a tailored program and team of facilitators and experts that matches with your team.
- Selection Deadline: You are required to select your preferred venue within 7 working days. This timeframe is crucial as venues often cannot hold reservations for extended periods.
Advance Planning for Optimal Results
- Start Planning Early: We advise starting the planning process for your retreat with The Nomad Escape a minimum of 6-8 months in advance, ideally a year before the start date. This ensures ample time to find the right venues and customize your retreat to perfection.
