Tell us something about you. Who are you and how would you describe yourself?

I’m Matt. British. Former Scuba Diving Instructor. Addiction Coach. As an ex-addict of 18 years of alcohol and drug abuse. 10 years sober I help guide people along the sober path using the teaching of Soto Zen Buddhism in an organic natural way. Transformation in people in positive ways is my reward. I enjoy yoga, meditation, long walks, and extreme sports.

What was your best experience during your escape?
