Located on a slope overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, our location in Cabo Girao offers a stunning location with access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa facilities, and countless spacious areas overlooking the ocean to read a book or get work done.
Surrounded by tropical vegetation the location is hidden away from the main crowd, but still everything you need is available on the property. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchenettes.
The Cabo Girão viewpoint is on walking distance, with its famous suspended glass platform – called skywalk – is currently one of the most visited (and certainly most photographed) tourist attractions of the archipelago.
The Cabo Girão viewpoint offers a unique perspective over the cities of Câmara de Lobos and Funchal: an urban scenery framed by a natural amphitheatre facing south.

What are the Visa & COVID-19 Rules in Madeira?
To this day, there are no entry restrictions in Madeira and no obligation to carry a COVID test or to do quarantine.

What is your COVID-19 Policy?
We are aware of the current health and safety regulations and respect all the restrictions made by any government.
Full refunds of the deposit will be made by us in when you can proof your flight was cancelled or you can not travel because of government restrictions.
If we get any restrictions by the local government to host events we will postpone the event and you will be informed.We don’t refund any flights or travel costs.
How many hours can I work?
You can work as many hours as you want. We daily facilitate a stand-up and set goals at the beginning of the week, and then it is up to you to do what you need to achieve this.
How does the payment work?
Commitment is essential for our planning. At least 1 month before we start the Escape we need to book the accommodation. That is why we need to ask for a 50% deposit. After you are accepted we ask you to deposit Euro 699. In the 2 weeks after we will invoice 50% of the outstanding amount and the full payment is only due 30 days prior to departure for covering the costs for booking the accommodation and facilities. After the call with our team, you will receive a link to pay.
What type of people will join?
Our Escapes are designed for remote working professionals.The average age of the people who join us is mostly between 22 and 55 years old. Our participants mostly work as a freelancer, work remotely for a company, people who have their own business, or people who are building their start-up.
We’ve hosted 1000+ founders, entrepreneurs, freelancers, business owners, digital nomads, creatives who work in a variety of industries such as E-commerce, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, Strategy Consulting, Media Buying, Brand Strategy, PR & Communication, Project Management, Virtual Assistance, Music Production, Videography, Photography, Blogging, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Recruitment, Web Development, Sales & automation, and many more.
What is included?
Stay in luxury accommodation, daily extensive breakfast, goal setting workshop, access to all facilities, Wifi, curation of the group.
What is not included?
Transport to our hotel, flights and travel costs, medical insurance, all activities and meals outside the program.
What is the difference between the retreats and the build weeks?
Our signature retreats are focussed on growing your network, mindset, and business and is packed with workshops It is a peer-to-peer mentoring week where you will learn from each other during masterminds, skillshares, and different workshops.
The Build week is the opposite. Here you focus on integration, building, and being productive. There is no daily schedule outside of the daily standups and breakfast and lunchtime, which are optional.
Can the Escape be cancelled?
We can only start the Escape with a full group of 9 people to cover costs and make sure the group is big enough to create nice vibes and dynamics. That is why we have a deadline of 1 month before the trip for people to sign up. If we don’t have a complete group we will refund the deposit that is made. (Please note: This never happened before)
How does the program look like?
On the first day we host a social gathering to get to know each other and set goals for the week.
From the second day there will be daily breakfast available from 8:00 AM and we host a daily standup at 9:00 AM. If you want to do activities in the evening, you can let our community manager know and he can give recommendations or organize this.
