What are the Visa & COVID-19 Rules in Madeira?

To this day, there are no entry restrictions in Madeira and no obligation to carry a COVID test or to do quarantine.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

What is the cancellation policy?

If the participant decides to cancel within 24 hours from the submission of the payment (either in full or as an initial deposit), 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If the participant cancels their booking 45 days or more prior to the start of the program, 50% of the full ticket price will be refunded; the other 50% will be forfeited to cover the booking for the accommodation and the administration costs.

If the participant cancels their booking within 45 days prior to the start of the program, all payments are non-refundable.

What is your COVID-19 Policy?

We are aware of the current health and safety regulations and respect all the restrictions made by any government.

Full refunds of the deposit will be made by us in when you can proof your flight was cancelled or you can not travel because of government restrictions.

If we get any restrictions by the local government to host events we will postpone the event and you will be informed.We don’t refund any flights or travel costs.

How many hours can I work?

There will be enough time to get work done but we advise you to work approx. 20 hours during our experience.

You ARE on an Escape while staying at amazing places with amazing people and we want you to experience it to the fullest! You can work more hours of course, but we would highly recommend enjoying the retreat to the fullest.

We always listen to everyone’s preferences and work schedule, while trying to make it work the best as possible. 

How does the payment work?

You can decide to pay the full amount of the ticket in a One-Time Payment, or you can split the costs at 2 rates of 50% of the total amount each (Split Pay).

If you choose Split Pay, you will pay 50% at booking time, and the remaining 50% exactly 30 days after the first payment.

Can I use more than 1 discount?

No, it is not possible to apply several vouchers, discounts, or early-bird offers for the same experience.

What type of people will join?

Our Escapes are designed for remote working professionals.The average age of the people who join us is mostly between 22 and 55 years old. Our participants mostly work as a freelancer, work remotely for a company, people who have their own business, or entrepreneurs who are building their start-up.

We’ve hosted 300+ founders, entrepreneurs, freelancers, business owners, digital nomads, and creatives who work in a variety of industries such as E-commerce, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, Strategy Consulting, Media Buying, Brand Strategy, PR & Communication, Project Management, Virtual Assistance, Music Production, Videography, Photography, Blogging, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Recruitment, Web Development, Sales & automation, and many more.

What is included?

Daily workshops, group training by a personal trainer,  access to all facilities, Wifi, and curation of the group.

Only for PREMIUM Tickets: stay in luxury accommodation, daily extensive breakfast, daily dinner.

Flights and travel costs, medical insurance, and all activities and meals outside the program. Check the specific packages for more details.

Can the Escape be cancelled?

We can only start the Escape with a full group of 9 people to cover costs and make sure the group is big enough to create nice vibes and dynamics. That is why we have a deadline of 1 month before the trip for people to sign up. If we don’t have a complete group we will refund the deposit that is made. (Please note: This never happened before)

How does the program look like?

The detailed program will be provided max 1 week before kick-off. We daily have a mix of workouts, workshops, talks, and connection sessions with the following timetable (times can be changed due to request or weather circumstances)

8:15 – 9:15 AM: Morning workout / Yoga / Confidence Bootcamps

9:15 – 10:30 AM: Time for shower, breakfast, and getting done some work/emails if you have to

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Business brainstorming & workshops

12:30 – 4:30 PM: Free time: Relax, lunch, work or do whatever your heart desires

3:00 – 4:00 PM: Power Hour: Hyperfocus Coworking session

4:30 – 6:00 PM:  Business brainstorming & workshops.

6:30 – 7:30 PM Deep connection sessions.

7:30 – 9:00 PM: Dinner
