the program
Our program is carefully designed to make you from the first moment feel at home, safe and open to connect with others. The first day we settle in, enjoy all the amazing facilities and get to know each other, to get you ready for the rest of the week full of sessions, workshops and connection. We start every morning at the beach, with physical vitality session, to have a healthy, with love prepared breakfast. After this we have time to shower, relax and do an email or some work if you have to. We have daily blocks where we facilitate workshops focusing on personal and professional development, and deeper connection with your peers. Lunch and dinner will as well be prepared for us. What are your terms & Conditions?
What is your COVID-19 Policy?
Full refunds of the deposit will be made by us in when you can proof your flight was cancelled or you can not travel because of government restrictions.
If we get any restrictions by the local government to host events we will postpone the event and you will be informed.We don’t refund any flights or travel costs.
How many hours can I work?
There is time to get work done but we advise you to partly take off from work, or max work approx. 15 hours during our experience.
You ARE on an Escape while staying at amazing places with amazing people and we want you to experience it to the fullest! You can work more hours of course, but we would highly recommend enjoying the retreat to the fullest.
We always listen to everyone’s preferences and work schedule, while trying to make it work the best as possible.
How does the payment work?
Commitment is essential for our planning. At least 1 month before we start the Escape we need to book the accommodation. That is why we need to ask for a 50% deposit when you reserve your spot. The full payment is only due 30 days prior to departure for covering the costs for booking the accommodation and facilities. After the call with our team, you will receive a link to pay or you can pay directly on the event pages.
What type of people will join?
Our Escapes are designed for remote working professionals.The average age of the people who join us is mostly between 22 and 55 years old. Our participants mostly work as a freelancer, work remotely for a company, people who have their own business, or people who are building their start-up.

What is the difference between the Level up Club Business Retreat and Nomad Island Fest?
Nomad Island Fest is a bit bigger, with about 100 people. We have top-class speakers and different workshops than in the Level Up Club Business Retreat. The retreat is great if you want to go more into dept and have more personal connection with the others. The fest is great if you want to join talks of experts and simply wish to meet more people.
